The AIM 2017 organizing committee invites authors to submit abstracts for poster presentations within the AIM conference. All abstracts need to include a title, authors, affiliations, and the abstract text strictly limited to 2000 character. Abstract submissions directly by email to firstname.lastname@example.org by 10 May 2017. Notification of acceptance / rejection is a few days later. Please note that the closing date for abstract submission will not be extended and abstracts will only be allowed for poster presentation at the conference if one author registers and pays early bird registration fees by the deadline 31 May 2017.
The abstract submissions will undergo a review process and all accepted abstracts will be included in the conference digest. The authors are expected to present their work in a poster session at the conference. There is no paper publication connected to abstract/poster contributions.
