Before You Register
The registration fee of full and student registrations (advanced and onsite) covers: Conference Proceedings, admission to Technical Sessions, Lunches, Coffee Breaks, Welcome Reception and Banquet (Wednesday, July 5).
Please note that only full registrations allow the upload of up to two accepted papers. A student registration does not include a paper upload. Students that want to upload a paper have to register with a full registration.
If your final submission has more than 6 pages, please do not forget to update your final submission information before you register. An extra page is then charged with $ 180.
Advance registration closes on May 31. For later registration, onsite fees apply.
Please note that without oral presentation, papers will not appear in the proceedings.

Registration and payment is only possible by credit card. VISA, MasterCard and American Express are accepted.
Onsite registration counters are located close to the entrance of the conference center.

You may cancel any registration, with the exception of a registration that was used to submit a final paper/poster upload, on or before June 15, 2017. The cancellation fee is USD 100. No requests for cancellations will be accepted after June 15, 2017. All refunds will be processed after the conference.
Booking Accommodation & Travel
Please note: in the event that IEEE AIM 2017 is abbreviated or canceled because of circumstances beyond the conference organizer’s control, including, but not limited to, civil disturbance, earthquake, electrical outage, explosion, fire, freight embargo, strike or labor unrest, flood, hurricane, tornado, or other natural disasters, an act of war, terrorism, or the act of any government (de facto or de jure), or any government agency or official, the conference organizer reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to unilaterally terminate the conference. In these circumstances, the registrant expressly agrees to waive any claim he, she or it may have against the conference organizer for damages or compensation, including but not limited to fees for registration, housing, travel and/or incidental charges.
